Required Skills :
Valid RN license in Michigan or the ability to obtain one Proven clinical skills, especially in medical-surgical nursing Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of patient safety protocols and evidence-based care practices Nice to
Have Skills :
Experience with clinical pathways and patient education Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Prior experience in a hospital setting, particularly Med Surg units
Preferred Education and Experience :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred At least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience New graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements :
