Job Description:

Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Medical Surgical Unit. This is a fast-paced 28-bed unit serving patients across general surgery, vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke care. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Provide patient education and coordinate discharge planning Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent straight Med Surg RN experience required (no float, SDU, or Tele only experience) Level I or Level II Trauma experience required Active Michigan RN License at time of submission BLS (AHA) certification required Previous travel experience preferred
