$80,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience) Join One of the Fastest Growing Home Health Agencies in the Country Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (QA RN) to join our Rochester Hills corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Home Health nurse who enjoys ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care behind the scenes. This position is fully in-office and works closely with clinical leadership, field staff, and operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy, Medicare compliance, and successful patient outcomes.
