Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (details on shifts will be provided during the interview process)
Desired Qualifications:
Valid and unencumbered RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in the Operating Room BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in OR protocols, sterile technique, and patient safety practices
Key Responsibilities:
Circulating and scrubbing in a variety of surgical procedures Monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to facilitate optimal outcomes Maintaining compliance with facility protocols, policies, and infection-prevention measures Utilizing critical thinking to respond calmly and efficiently to changing operating room demands
