Desired Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Proficiency assessing cardiac rhythms and responding to arrhythmias BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying changes and promptly intervening Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered Provide compassionate care, patient education, and emotional support Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans Document patient status and progress clearly and accurately Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control
