Deliver care with a practice mix of approximately 20% inpatient / 80% outpatient . Focus on a clinical mix of approximately 30% Hematology / 70% Solid Tumor . Collaborate with a cohesive oncology group and benefit from mentors for physicians coming out of training . Work in a setting with dedicated support (medical assistant, clinic RN, inpatient NP support). Participate in a shared call model with inpatient coverage supported by a dedicated inpatient floor (minutes from clinic). Support outpatient clinics and inpatient coverage through coordination within the oncology program.
