Responsibilities 🩺 What You'll Be Doing (

Your Superpowers) Completing Start of Care (SOC) visits with confidence, compassion, and clinical excellence Performing assessments that actually reflect the patient's needs Creating individualized care plans that set the tone for amazing outcomes Educating patients and families so they feel empowered, not overwhelmed Collaborating with a supportive team that values your judgment and expertise Documenting in the EMR (we keep it as smooth and painless as possible) Being the RN who makes patients say, "Wow… I feel better already"
