Join Our Team as a Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Night Shift in Saginaw, MI! Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Michigan or appropriate state licensure Proven experience in a hospital setting, particularly in PCU or step-down units Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion

- BLS and ACLS certifications Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Previous night shift work experience Bilingual abilities to better serve a diverse patient population
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant acute care experience in a hospital environment
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work night shifts as scheduled Ability to demonstrate compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities This position offers an excellent hourly pay rate of $57.
