You will play a vital role in assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The schedule is the following:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12 to 16 hour shift starting in the morning. Responsibilities Assess patients' health status and develop individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient progress and document all nursing care activities. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management. Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in home health or related setting. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
