Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse at Elivate Wellness + Aesthetics, where you will combine your nursing expertise with innovative wellness treatments to enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver personalized care in a vibrant, patient-centered environment. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service, administering wellness protocols and procedures, and supporting clients through their wellness journeys. Your passion for health, aesthetics, and patient education will thrive here, making a meaningful impact every day. This position will be based out of our Southfield office but will require one day a week at our Lake Orion headquarters. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for wellness procedures such as IV therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Hormone and Peptide therapy Administer wellness treatments following strict aseptic techniques and established protocols, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction Educate clients about procedure options, post-treatment care, and long-term wellness strategies to foster informed decision-making Manage pre- and post-procedure documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' aesthetic goals and health needs Monitor patients during procedures for adverse reactions or complications, providing immediate intervention when necessary Stay current with industry advancements in wellness and aesthetics Requirements Valid RN license with current state registration or licensure in good standing Proven experience in medical office settings, including medical-surgical or outpatient clinics; experience with esthetic procedures is highly preferred Adept at IV's and blood draw techniques Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic treatments and patient assessment Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare instructions Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team Certification or training in Botox (Botulinum toxin treatment), dermal fillers, or laser treatments is a plus but not mandatory; ongoing professional development encouraged Experience working with diverse populations Knowledge of infection control practices including aseptic technique and sterilization procedures Join us to "Elivate" your nursing career by blending clinical expertise with aesthetic innovation!
