Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license
Preferred:
Pediatric experience with ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent patients Experience with bus riding/pupil transport protocols is a plus Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student requiring vent and trach support Ride the bus with the student to and from school, ensuring safety and health Arrive at the student's home before 8am and accompany until approximately 4pm Collaborate with school staff and the student's clinical team on care planning and communication
