Job Description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Sterling Heights, MI Henry Ford Lakeside Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse outpatient surgical procedures within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient. Administer anesthesia using general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, and across various ASA classifications. Monitor patients continuously during surgical procedures, promptly managing any anesthesia-related complications to ensure safety and comfort. Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and patient recovery support. Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Flexibly travel to other ambulatory sites as required to support operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current, unrestricted CRNA certification. Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA. Previous experience in outpatient surgical settings is required; candidates with no prior experience are not eligible. Demonstrated proficiency in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring. Ability to work harmoniously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates must not have lapses in certification or recent re-certification needs. No availability for locum, locum-to-perm positions, or candidates seeking alternative shifts. H1B and J1 visa sponsorship is available.
Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center with a wide variety of surgical cases including orthopedics (hips, knees), plastic surgery, sports medicine, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental procedures, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery.
Compensation and Benefits:
Highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary expectations may be submitted during the application process. Sign-on bonus of $40,000.
