Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact as needed) Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment and triage skills Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-acuity setting Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts (details provided upon interview) Full-time travel contract
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Emergency Room patients Rapidly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions Accurately document patient status, interventions, and responses Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care Provide patient and family education in urgent or crisis situations Ensure adherence to all facility and regulatory protocols
