Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; schedule details may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications required TNCC and PALS certifications preferred Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills Willingness to adapt to new environments and embrace cross-functional teamwork
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department setting Perform rapid, accurate assessments and prioritize interventions Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals Document care clearly in the EMR system Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain current knowledge of ER protocols and evidence-based practices
