What You'll Do Deliver and coordinate high-quality, compassionate patient care Use the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient education Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Identify variances in patient goals and collaborate on effective solutions Support patients and families through education, comfort, and advocacy Schedule & Setting Medical-Surgical Unit 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Every other weekend and rotating holidays Henry Ford Macomb - Warren, MI Full-time position with comprehensive benefits Why This Role Stands Out ?? EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BSN
preferred Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Clinical knowledge and analytical ability to develop effective nursing care plans Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services Strong communication skills with patients, families, and hospital staff
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE REQUIRED
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (health care provider level)
