Job Description
Category Nursing - RN - CVOR Job Type Travel Warren, MI offers a vibrant community atmosphere, combining Metro Detroit's cultural energy with lush nearby parks and an accessible location for quick road trips to Lake St. Clair, city festivals, and the dynamic surrounding region. Schedule Options:
Five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or three 12-hour shifts per week (all starting at 6:00am)On-call:
48 hours required per 6-week period, including one weekend per monthKey Qualifications:
Active RN licensure in Michigan BLS certification required Strong recent experience in OR, with advanced cardiac scrub skills Capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility with schedulingPrimary Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality patient care Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and patient/family education Delegate activities and supervise team members in the clinical setting Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families regarding patient status and needs Respond proactively to care variances, collaborate on solutions, and ensure positive patient outcomesExceptional Benefits and Perks:
