Required Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in Michigan Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience Excellent assessment and triage skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience with electronic health records preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver rapid and effective care to patients experiencing medical emergencies Conduct assessments, prioritize interventions, and monitor patient progress Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a busy ER setting Accurately document clinical findings and care provided Educate patients and their families regarding care and discharge instructions
