$90,000 - $130,000

Step beyond the hospital into more meaningful, relationship-driven nursing . Work alongside a collaborative, supportive interdisciplinary team . Be part of a growing hospice where your voice and expertise matter. What the Role Involves Support patients through complex physical and emotional transitions . Provide clear, compassionate education and reassurance to families . Coordinate a seamless end-of-life care experience from admission forward . Manage pain, symptoms, and comfort-focused care plans . Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors. Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license. Has experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care . Balances clinical skill with heart-centered care . Communicates with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Understands the sacred nature of end-of-life care and approaches it with grace.
