What You'll Be Doing Provide skilled hospice nursing visits during evening and overnight hours. Perform symptom management and comfort-focused interventions. Assess patient needs and respond to changing clinical conditions. Support patients and families through education, guidance, and emotional support. Deliver care in private homes, assisted living communities, memory care settings, and skilled nursing facilities.
