Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Part Time Nurse for two smaller home like communities to ensure we thrive and succeed as a team and company. This role is a supervisory role that works closely with the Assisted Living Director as well as the Regional team to provide care and support to residents and staff. This position is for two

Assisted Living Sites:

D&D Caring Hearts and Serenity Living Solutions. Between the two sites we have approximately 23-25 residents. Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead our care team to ensure high-quality service is provided to our residents and their families Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents Follow up on physician's orders Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions Provide ongoing training to staff Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate Ensure survey readiness at all times Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner. Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis. Perform additional tasks as needed.
