Job Description

LPN/CMA - Team setting, no evenings or weekends. General Dermatology coverage at our Blaine location. The Company:
Associated Skin Care Specialists offers comprehensive medical and surgical skin care for all ages, our dermatologists and support staff are known for providing a dedicated and compassionate approach with patients and employees alike.
The Position :
We're looking for a full-time medical support staff (LPN, CST or CMA). GAP year pre-professional (i.e. pre-med, pre-PA) are also encouraged to apply. § We offer health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO and 401K with profit sharing. § We also offer discounts on cosmetic procedures and products! § We provide ongoing opportunity for continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities:
§ Assist and/or observe dermatologists with patient care procedures. Assist with cosmetic dermatology procedures such as laser treatments and light therapy. § Ensure all open lines of communication between patients, staff and physicians with demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and confidentiality. § Act as a liaison between patients and providers to address and/or resolve problems, questions and concerns including test results and prescription renewals. § Prepare patients/rooms for physical examinations; interview patients to obtain medical histories; assist with EHR documentation; explain treatment procedures and aftercare.
