What You'll Be Doing Lead clinical operations during evening hours while serving as a resource for caregivers and support staff. Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments while ensuring safe medication practices. Develop, update, and oversee individualized service plans and nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Mentor caregivers and assist with training, coaching, and clinical support. Participate in admissions, care conferences, and resident reviews as needed. Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and community policies. Help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents and team members. Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and support clinical decision-making after hours. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, home health, skilled nursing, or related healthcare settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Confidence making independent decisions and responding to changing resident needs. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Leadership mindset with a willingness to support, coach, and guide team members. Passion for caring for older adults and improving quality of life.
