Pay Range:
$38.51
  • $48.13 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice
Qualifications:
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the
Minnesota Board of Nursing Experience Required:
Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings Extensive experience in Memory care. With excellent communication skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
