Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Greet patients in lobby and escort to treatment room Complete medication reconciliation Obtain peripheral IV access, place on monitor and obtain initial set of VS Report/Communicate any changes in medications or history to Clinical Administrator (CA) or Nurse Administrator (NA) Monitor ketamine and administer / monitor prn medications as directed by CA/NA and per protocol Communicate any significant changes in patient condition to CA/NA timely and provide appropriate intervention based on standing orders and direction Provide in-treatment emotional support and direction for both mental health and pain treatments. Escort and assist patient post discharge to the responsible party ensuring patient safety Accurate and timely completion all documentation of patient treatment process Qualified candidates will cover nurse administrator position for vacations and time off. Clean and sanitize treatment rooms between patients and at end of treatment day Stock treatment room with appropriate medical supplies Communicate any supply needs to the CA/NA timely Education and Experience 2 years' experience in a health environment RN license required

BLS / ACLS
