1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/SNF night shift position in Minnesota, requiring an active MN RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Details Post-acute care setting in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) 43-bed, 2-story facility with varying patient ratios Patient population is primarily dementia residents Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Primarily 8-hour shifts with flexibility for 12-hour shifts Schedule alternates 44 hours one week and 36 hours the next (80 hours per pay period) Every other weekend required Every other holiday required No on-call or call-back requirements

EMR:

MatrixCare/Matrix with paper flowsheets 13-week contract Requirements Active MN RN license required Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required LTC/SNF experience strongly recommended given patient population MatrixCare/Matrix EMR experience preferred Additional Information Provide nursing care primarily to dementia patients in a skilled nursing environment Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates First-time travelers are encouraged to review shift and scheduling expectations before applying
