Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time (approximately 28-30 hours per week)

Duluth, MN Pay:

$42.38 - $45.16 per hour Are you a compassionate RN with a heart for mental health care? Arrowhead House East is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) in an Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) setting. What You'll Do:

Train and guide staff in safe, accurate medication administration Conduct health screenings within 72 hours of client admission Monitor clients' physical and mental health needs Assess for medication side effects and drug interactions Offer ongoing consultation and support to staff Collaborate with the treatment team to promote wellness and recovery

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Qualified as a Mental Health Practitioner (245I.04, Subd.4) or Mental Health Professional (245I.04, Subd.2) Prior experience in mental health or residential care strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Supervisory experience is a bonus but not required
