As our medical and wellness programs continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Registered Nurse to provide leadership, clinical support, and operational oversight across our locations. Position Summary The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) serves as both a clinical leader and hands-on nurse supporting Livea's medical and wellness programs. This role is responsible for helping ensure medical quality, team consistency, operational excellence, and exceptional client care across multiple locations. This position balances leadership responsibilities with direct client care and center support. The Lead RN will assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and supporting medical team members while also providing coverage, injections, client education, and wellness services. The ideal candidate enjoys leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to travel between locations to support staffing, training, and business needs. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Provide leadership, guidance, and support to our medical team. Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of medical team members. Reinforce adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, documentation standards, and client experience expectations. Identify training opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Partner with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and center support. Clinical & Client Care Responsibilities Administer injections and treatments including GLP-1 medications, Lipo B12 injections, NAD+, HRT/TRT support services, and other wellness offerings. Support Dysport and aesthetic injectable services as programs continue to expand. Provide client education regarding medications, nutrition, supplements, products, and wellness services. Conduct client follow-up and wellness visits in accordance with company protocols. Assist providers with clinical workflows and care coordination. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Support both medical and nutrition clients through education, accountability, and wellness coaching. Operational Support Travel between metro locations to provide staffing support, training, and coverage. Assist with last-minute call-outs and staffing needs when possible. Support new center initiatives, launches, and process improvements. Help maintain consistency in workflows and client experience across all locations. Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Willingness to obtain Wisconsin RN licensure. Must have leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or training experience. Experience with injections required. Experience in weight loss, wellness, aesthetics, hormones, IV therapy, family practice, med spa, or outpatient settings preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations and team members. Schedule & Travel Expectations This position is designed to provide the benefits of full-time employment while maintaining work-life balance and will generally not exceed 40 hours per week . Primarily Monday through Friday schedule. Fridays are typically shorter workdays. Availability for up to two Saturday mornings per month. Ability to travel regularly between Edina, Minnetonka, Coon Rapids, Roseville, Apple Valley, and Woodbury. Occasional travel to St. Cloud and Eau Claire may be required. Flexibility to assist with unexpected staffing needs and occasional last-minute coverage situations. What We Offer Competitive compensation of $45.00-$50.00 per hour.
