What You'll Be Doing Provide skilled hospice nursing care during evening and overnight hours. Assess patients and respond to changing clinical conditions. Deliver pain and symptom management interventions. Support patients and families through education, communication, and compassionate care. Provide care in private homes, assisted living communities, memory care settings, and skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and fellow nurses. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Help ensure patients remain comfortable and supported throughout their hospice journey. Who We're Looking For We welcome nurses from a variety of backgrounds including: ICU ER Oncology Med Surg Critical Care Palliative Care Home Health Hospice Hospital-based nursing environments Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License Hospice experience preferred but not required. Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based setting. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Calm, compassionate, and confident under pressure. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area.
