ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Make a Difference in Pediatric and Adult Care! Are you a highly skilled CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings? Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience, including OB and pediatric cases Strong skills in epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks Proficient in managing
VBAC/TOLAC
cases and performing complex procedures Ability to work effectively in supervised and unsupervised settings Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Response to beeper calls within 30 minutes, with experience in managing emergent and scheduled cases Nice to Have Skills TEE certification or cardiac case experience (not required, but beneficial) Experience with OB anesthesia, including
VBAC/TOLAC
management Ability to perform ENT and other specialized procedures Flexible attitude towards rotating weekend and evening call duties Preferred Education and Experience Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure At least 3 years of certified anesthesia practice, with specific OB and pediatric experience preferred Experience working in a hospital setting with supervised and unsupervised anesthesia models Other Requirements Must be comfortable with weekend and overnight beeper call, responding within 30 minutes Ready to work 8- or 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with weekend and evening coverage as scheduled Willingness to float between facilities located approximately 20 minutes apart Ability to handle emergent cases, including C-sections and other surgeries, on a scheduled basis Travel and license reimbursement when applicable Embark on an engaging career where your expertise makes a real impact. now to join our dedicated anesthesia team and advance your professional journey in a supportive, patient-focused environment!
