Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Find your purpose caring for patients after surgery. Get them home and healed home faster! This isn't your typical surgical care unit. This team was recognized for receiving the PRISM award that celebrates medical-surgical units that sustain excellence. This is the first unit in Minnesota to receive this nationally recognized award, TWICE! Care for those who are admitted after surgery from the General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Trauma Surgery. Schedule Full-time | Baylor | Onsite 7:00pm-7:30am Every Friday/Saturday/Sunday | holidays based on weekend Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Earn extra pay for working night & Baylor shifts Up to $8,000 hiring bonus! $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!
