$2590 to $2720 per week Position Overview North Memorial Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week day shift contract at our Team Member Health clinic in Golden Valley. This role is crucial in supporting employee wellness, managing workplace safety compliance, and overseeing onboarding health assessments for our expansive healthcare network. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital employee health, workers' compensation case management, and regulatory compliance.

Scrubs Responsibilities Onboarding & Screenings:
Complete accurate pre-employment health assessments, including health histories, legal drug screenings, respirator fit testing, and vaccination compliance.
Case Management:
Manage work-related injuries and worker's compensation claims following MN and WI Statutes; file First Reports of Injury and act as the primary liaison between employees, managers, providers, insurers, and union reps.
Surveillance & Assessments:
Conduct ergonomic evaluations, medical surveillance, fitness for duty, reasonable suspicion, hearing conservation, and workplace violence assessments.
Regulatory Compliance:
Coordinate and maintain strict compliance with regulatory frameworks including OSHA (including OSHA recordkeeping), ADA, FMLA, CDC, and the Minnesota Department of Health.
Employee Wellness:
Support and advocate for team member health promotion, physical assessments, phlebotomy needs, and general health concerns.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hospital Occupational/Employee Health Department.
Clinical Skills:
Proven experience with OSHA recordkeeping, Workers' Comp, disability case management, vaccinations, respiratory fit testing, audiometric (hearing) testing, pre-placement physical assessments, and phlebotomy.
Population Experience:
Confirmed experience working with adult patient populations.
Traveler Status:
2 years of previous travel experience is highly preferred.
Licensure:
Active Minnesota RN License required at the time of submission.
EMR:
