1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical position at a critical access hospital in Minnesota, requiring 2 years of experience and rotating day/night shifts. Details Medical-Surgical unit within a critical access hospital setting Rotating day and night shifts (3x12 hours): days 7:00-19:00 and nights 19:00-7:00 Every other weekend required Floating to like units may be required upon request Block scheduling is not available — schedule is determined by the facility's needs Requirements Active MN RN license required; pending license accepted Current BLS and ACLS certifications required TNCC certification required, though may be waived based on relevant experience Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; critical access experience preferred Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are accepted All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and will not be approved after an offer is extended Candidate cannot take every holiday off — some holiday coverage is expected 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
