All About Caring Home Care, LLC. offers world class care with small town community values and we are seeking you to join our team of professional caregivers. We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes. 4, 12-hour shifts for evenings Full time Night Shift Occasional day shifts to fill in Details about this case:- Case located in Hoyt Lakes, MN

- Tube Feeding
- Looking for 3 RN/LPN NOC Nurses
Salary:
$27.00- $40.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide wound care and ensure proper healing
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Implement aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Manage infectious disease care effectively
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and interpretation
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients in a home setting
