What You'll Do Provide resident-centered nursing care and lead caregivers in a holistic, person-first model. Develop and update individualized care plans based on ongoing assessment and resident preferences. Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions, using sound judgment and compassion. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care staff. Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with physician orders. Support residents' physical and emotional well-being through life enrichment opportunities and engagement. Supervise and coach nursing support staff, promoting teamwork and accountability. Uphold all safety, confidentiality, and infection-control standards , ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for everyone. Qualifications Current Minnesota RN license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience or interest in mental health and chemical dependency care is a plus. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
