Job Description

We are recruiting for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN). Overnight Position 10p-630a. Can also do 8 or 12 hour shifts. 32-40 hours every 2 weeks, every 4th weekend/Holiday. St. Otto's Care Center does not mandate to work beyond your scheduled shift. Do you love to lead people and care of the elderly?
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
of
Registered Nurse Supervisor:
Responsible for managing resident care on a day to day basis, including medication management, physician rounds, collaboration with pharmacy and supervision of LPNs and CNAs. Participates in the development of a comprehensive resident Care Plan. Identifies and actively supports the role of resident advocate/liaison by communication and documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team. Identifies needs and concerns involving safety/risk management and Quality Improvement issues including pressure ulcer prevention, reduction of falls, management of psychotropic medications, and planning care needs including holistic, spiritual and end of life care needs.
