Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy. Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight). Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action Job Requirements Required Diploma Of Nursing Completed education as a registered nurse
Registered Nurse:
MN Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days Preferred Previous hospital experience
