Superior Hospice, a new branch of Home Health Care, Inc., is redefining hospice care across Minnesota. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an on-call expert for our growing patient base. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives under pressure, seeks work-life balance through a 7 on / 7 off model, and finds meaning in guiding families through life's most sensitive transitions.What We Offer:

$90,000 to $130,000 annual salary based on experience Full benefits including medical, dental, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) Cell phone reimbursement + hospice tablet providedSupportive Leadership & Growth:

Respond promptly to after-hours calls for symptom management, crisis care, or family support Provide in-home skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions Deliver emotional guidance to patients and caregivers during sensitive moments Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed Document all visits and phone calls accurately and timely in our EHR system Educate families on comfort care and end-of-life expectations Triage patient needs via phone and determine appropriate next stepsQualifications:
Active RN license in Minnesota Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience required Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in urgent situations Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and medical teams Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Military Candidates Encouraged toApply:
