We're seeking a skilled OR Circulator RN to join our surgical team on a PRN basis , with a strong preference for individuals who have flexible availability and enjoy stepping in where they're needed most.

What You'll Do:
Circulate in the Operating Room and Procedure Room, ensuring safe and efficient patient care Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Assess patient needs and support individualized care throughout the surgical experience Maintain sterile technique and uphold infection control standards Monitor patients during procedures, including medication administration and recovery support Provide patient and family education to ensure a safe discharge
What You Bring:
Active RN license in Minnesota Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications OR Circulator experience required A team-oriented mindset and the ability to step in and adapt quickly
