The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides holistic care to patients and families through independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions in accordance with professional nursing standards and competencies specific to the assigned service area.

Weekend Job Duties:

The RN is responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including: Assessment Nursing diagnosis Outcome identification Planning Implementation Evaluation Additional responsibilities include: Developing and revising individualized patient care plans Coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams Delegating activities to appropriate care providers Participating in shared accountability and nursing decision-making Supporting practice improvement and a culture of remarkable patient care This role may involve caring for neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults depending on unit needs. Clinical expectations and competencies may vary by assigned care unit. Requirements Experience 2 years of RN experience 1 year of travel nursing experience Previous Newborn Population experience Previous Level

III NICU

experience Epic EMR experience Certifications BLS (AHA or ARC) required NRP required License Active Minnesota RN License CA02

Pay:

$2,350.00•$2,450.00 per week
