Job Description

Job Summary Participate in a nursing career development and training program that combines hands-on healthcare experience with nursing education. Support resident care services in a senior living environment while developing clinical knowledge, practical skills, and professional experience needed for a future nursing career. Gain real-world healthcare experience while completing nursing coursework and training requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Participate in nursing education and training activities. Gain practical experience in resident care and healthcare services. Assist healthcare professionals in supporting resident needs. Develop clinical, communication, and patient care skills. Complete required nursing coursework and training objectives. Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards. Support quality care initiatives and resident well-being. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Build experience and competencies for future nursing roles.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements / Skills Interest in pursuing a nursing career. Enrollment or planned enrollment in a nursing education program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn healthcare procedures and clinical practices. Dependable and professional work ethic. Interest in serving older adults and healthcare populations. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
