1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position in Minnesota, requiring a minimum of 2 years of PICU or pediatric CVICU experience and willingness to float between two hospital locations. Details Work setting is a hospital-based Pediatric ICU (PICU) Patient population includes pre
  • and post-operative pediatric surgical patients, trauma patients, and pre
  • and post-cardiac procedural patients 12-hour shifts covering days, evenings, and nights Every other weekend required Floating between two hospital campuses is expected as needed Requirements Active MN RN license or MN Temporary Permit required Current BLS and PALS certifications required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required Minimum 2 years of PICU nursing experience, including care for pre•and post-operative surgical and trauma patients, OR minimum 2 years of pediatric CVICU experience with competency in cardiac surgical and procedural patient care Additional Information Responsibilities include caring for critically ill pediatric patients across surgical, trauma, and cardiac specialties RNs must be comfortable and willing to float between both hospital campuses as part of regular assignment
