Job Description

Cura Health is looking for a dedicated and organized Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RNCC) to join our team with a focus on every third weekend rotation. There are three total RNCC's who work together in providing coordination of care. In this critical role, you will coordinate clinical work with admissions and discharges, action work in QAPI, support nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator acts as a clinical leader, providing guidance, facilitating communication, and overseeing daily activities to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee nursing staff activities during assigned shifts, specifically every third weekend, with set weekdays with this position. Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing teams to ensure adherence to best practices and policies. Monitor patient care delivery and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving. Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations as needed. Respond to patient care issues, emergencies, or concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation and reports. Promote a positive work environment focused on patient-centered care and teamwork. Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven clinical nursing experience with leadership or coordination responsibilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and guide nursing staff effectively. Experience working weekend shifts and flexibility for every third weekend rotation. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are a plus. Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.
