Job Description

Medical Oncology Physician - New Ulm, MN Join a vibrant outpatient oncology practice at a leading facility in New Ulm, Minnesota, offering a rewarding full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology setting. Proven outpatient oncology and hematology experience preferred
Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$463.13 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel & licensure reimbursements where applicable Reimbursements for flights, lodging, rental car/gas, baggage fees, and airport parking, with specific guidelines What You'll Do Manage outpatient oncology patient care, including new consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up visits Oversee chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration and monitor patient progress Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, and primary care providers Evaluate labs, imaging, and patient status to inform treatment decisions Document and chart patient encounters within 24 hours Support patient education, care coordination, and symptom management Participate in telehealth and onsite clinic visits, providing essential oncology support What You Need Active MN Medical License or IMLC Minimum 2+ years of outpatient oncology experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide comprehensive patient care across the full oncology continuum About the Assignment This outpatient-focused oncology practice in New Ulm offers a collaborative environment with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including oncology nurses, infusion support staff, social workers, dietitians, and access to clinical trials. The facility features onsite imaging, labs, and infusion centers designed to deliver high-quality cancer care. The physician will have the opportunity to shape patient care and build long-term relationships within the community.
