EPIC EMR
for connected, team-based documentation and communication Support patient management through oncology clinic workflows (inpatient collaboration as needed) Work with multidisciplinary resources to support continuity of care and patient follow-up What You Need Required MN APRN/NP or applicable PA licensing (MN license required) Eligibility to practice as an NP or PA Board certification for PA or APP (as applicable) Preferred Prior experience in hematology/oncology outpatient care (solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies) Familiarity working within oncology care teams and infusion settings Experience documenting and coordinating care in EPIC About the Assignment This role is with a community-based hematology/oncology practice in New Ulm, Minnesota , with access to a broader integrated oncology network across metro and regional sites. You ll work in an outpatient-focused clinic environment with multidisciplinary support (including oncology nursing, infusion coordination, and additional oncology services), while collaborating with hematology/oncology specialists as needed.
