Seven Days Off Changes Things. Most nursing schedules give you a few days to recover before it's time to do it all over again. This role gives you something different. A full week off. Every other week. Time to travel. Time with family. Time to recharge. Time to pursue interests outside of work without constantly coordinating PTO requests and schedule swaps. For many nurses, the 7 On / 7 Off model creates a level of work-life balance that is difficult to find elsewhere in healthcare. The best part? The work itself is every bit as rewarding as the schedule. At Superior Hospice, you'll provide highly independent nursing care while helping patients and families navigate some of life's most important moments. You'll build meaningful relationships, utilize your clinical expertise, and practice in an environment where your judgment is trusted and valued.
