Nursing Duties and Responsibilities Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the client's home Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort Administer medications, wound care, and prescribed treatments Monitor and document vital signs and patient status Collaborate with supervisors, physicians, and family members on the plan of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Current Minnesota Nursing License (RN) CPR Certification (BLS) Must pass a background check Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (field position) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compassion, professionalism, and a heart for in-home care Prior private duty, home health, or long-term care experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
