Registered Nurse | Surgery

Summary Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes OR circulating, PACU, admitting, discharging, and managing pre-op and post-op phone calls. The leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration, ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff. Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team. Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care. Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families. Rotate through OR circulating, PACU, admitting and discharge. Schedule Part-time | 56 hours per two weeks Weekdays, Day shifts and on-call rotation for Weeknights, Weekends & Holidays Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree - Pay range: $39.87 - $59.34 per hour Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour Earn extra pay for working these shifts! Earn an additional $1.50 for evening shifts Earn an additional $1.50 for night shifts $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
