This case requires 16 hours of care per day, 7 days a week , and we're flexible with scheduling — shifts can range from 4 to 12 hours , depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements :
Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care. Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
