Summary We are seeking a passionate K-5 and 6-8 Special Education Teachers to join our team at Seven Hills Prep Academy - Richfield Campus. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating an engaging learning environment for students with special needs, utilizing innovative teaching methods to foster their growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Utilize various teaching strategies and technologies to enhance learning experiences. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instruction accordingly. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive educational environment. Provide behavioral therapy and intervention strategies as needed. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards. Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with children with special needs is essential. Strong knowledge of behavioral management techniques and educational best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.
