As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, which include assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your ability to collaborate and delegate effectively will ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Provide holistic care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices Float to other ICUs and M/S units as needed Need 1 year experience in setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients required Interpretation of cardiac rhythms required Experience with Impella and Balloon Pumps preferred Experience with adult and geriatric populations required Epic experience required Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
